Dr Zhou Changjiu, Chairman of RoboCup Singapore National Committee, was invited to deliver a talk on "Opportunities and Challenges from RoboCup 2010" at the Lego Enginieering Conference held at Sceince Centre Singapore, 16 Mar 2009.
